Most of the people drink Gator Ade, Pepsi, Coke; but not water because they are not really thirsty. What allows an individual to be thirsty is the craving to be content and to fulfill your Heart’s yearning. Due to the numerous distractions around us each day, that thirst we need to satisfy is lost. Therefore, the vast majority of us, in fact 99.99% of us are spending our days being fascinated by constantly spending time looking at our cell phone as if it were a priceless jewel.
On one occasion I watched someone look at his cell phone and toying with it for a half an hour at McDonald’s. Science and technology will provide you with numerous distractions from rockets going to the moon and eventually Mars. It is the greatest waste of time because it will not allow you to be happier or more content, just appeasing your curious Mind.
Socrates was more diplomatic and said An unexamined life is not worth living. And that is what most people do, lead an unexamined Life, not interested in the offer to be eternally happy. The common expression that Peace is possible, even a thousand years of peace
